Airport Transportation

Indianapolis offers a variety of transportation options to get you to and from the Indiana Convention Center. Ground Transportation

  • Amtrak and Greyhound: Both Amtrak and Greyhound have hubs in downtown Indianapolis, offering convenient travel options to and from the city.
  • Driving In: Known as the Crossroads of America, Indianapolis is within a day’s drive of over half the U.S. population and just a few hours from Chicago, Louisville, and Cincinnati. The city’s grid layout makes driving simple, and downtown offers more than 73,000 parking spaces. For electric vehicle drivers, there are 688 charging stations, including 109 free-to-use options.

Getting Around Town

Indianapolis offers several convenient options for getting around the city:

  • IndyGo: IndyGo operates more than 30 bus routes from its downtown transportation hub, providing easy access throughout the city. The Red Line offers rapid electric bus service from Broad Ripple to the University of Indianapolis, while the Purple Line connects Indianapolis and Lawrence through the historic Irvington neighborhood. 
  • Ridesharing: Indianapolis is friendly to both Uber and Lyft, and premium transportation options—including limousines, private cars, and motorcoaches—are available through providers such as Aadvanced Limousines, Carey Indiana, EZ Transportation LLC, Free Enterprise, Indy Executive Limo, Lafayette Limo, Luxury Worldwide Transportation, Miller Transportation, Turner Coaches, or Reserve Car Services.
  • Walking and Biking: Downtown Indianapolis is both walkable and bike-friendly. The Indianapolis Cultural Trail links major attractions throughout the city, while Pacers Bikeshare provides convenient rental stations with pay-as-you-go or short-term pass options. Many hotels offer complimentary bikes, and additional rentals are available from Wheel Fun Rentals or Bicycle Garage Indy (BGI). An extensive network of climate-controlled skywalks connects 4,700 hotel rooms to the Indiana Convention Center, Lucas Oil Stadium, and nearby restaurants—making it easy to get around in any weather.

Parking Options

The Indiana Convention Center and surrounding downtown area offer a variety of parking options for attendees:

  • Denison Parking: Denison Parking operates all Indiana Convention Center and Lucas Oil Stadium parking lots. Arrangements for specialty and long-term parking can be made.
  • Downtown Indianapolis Parking: 
    • Downtown Indianapolis hosts more than 70,000 parking spaces.  For pricing, hours, and more, you may also want to visit the interactive downtown map at Downtown Indy, or find and reserve parking online at Arrive.
    • Parking for persons with disabilities is available in surrounding lots and garages. This is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Spaces are marked accordingly, as well as spaces designated for van access only. Metered on-street parking spaces for disabled surround the facility.

A travel insurance policy to cover theft, loss and medical problems is recommended. WOCN Society will not be liable for illness, accidents or thefts suffered by participants or accompanying persons during WOCNext 2026 or their stay in Indianapolis before or after the event.
