Reserve your room(s) by Wednesday, May 7, 2025, to receive the group discount. After this date, all requests will be fulfilled based on a space available basis.
We have received reports of UNOFFICIAL housing companies contacting our exhibitors and attendees offering rooms at a lower rate at our event hotel.
