Accreditation Statement

The Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurses Society is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.

The Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurses Society is approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider Number CEP 15115.

Learning Outcome

Following this conference, 95% of learners will report in their post-activity evaluations, an improved understanding of current research, treatments, techniques, products, and professional practice tools which they can apply to their current roles in various practice settings within the field of Wound, Ostomy, and Continence nursing practice.

It is also expected that three months following the conference, 85% of respondents to the post outcome survey will report performance changes and 75% will report patient outcome changes as a result of new knowledge or skills developed during the conference.

Contact Hours

This activity awards a maximum number of 30 Contact Hours (Actual credit hours are to be determined.)
